A40 O/S Wapsey’s Wood

Every time I drive along the A40 from Gerrards Cross to Beaconsfield just past the left turning for Wapsey’s Wood and the caravan park there is always liquid/water on the left hand side of the road, even when it’s dry/not been raining.
It smells of urine. Driving through in my convertible (sorry, first world problems!) with it spraying up is disgusting.
When it was hot, it really smelt of stale urine.
Can you please confirm this is not urine?
