Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2363685.
Illegal dropped kerbs being installed outside 10 Garvin Avenue, Beaconsfield HP9 1RD. Owner cut of part of the outer pavement edge and replace with tarmac and edging stone by his owner contractor without formal permission from the Council.
