Keep clear sign on road has worn away and cars are now obstructing drive entrance for 5 houses. If cars are parked in keep clear area road becomes impossible for vehicles to pass

The driveway to church cottages, Hatchits Close has a painted white Keep Clear sign painted on the road. This sign has worn away , vehicles are now ignoring the worn sign making entrance difficult and exit from driveway dangerous. Also when blocked there is nowhere for vehicles to pull over and allow one in opposite direction to pass. Clogs up traffic. Please could you arrange for Otto be repainted
