Loose / broken manhole cover

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2364902.
There is a broken/loose manhole cover on the westbound part of the A40 (West Wycombe Road) about 10 metres after the junction with the A4010 (Chapel Lane). It is "clunking" night and day as vehicles travel over it.
