That little footpath / alleyway between the Library / Bus Stop and Highfield Way is a very popular hangout for teenagers. There used to be a concrete bin by the bench, but it mysteriously vanished several months ago, since which time there has been no bin there. As a result the rubbish getting left behind there is incredible; pizza boxes, plastic drinks bottles, beer tins, cigarette packets etc - and when windy it all blows down Highfield Way making a right mess right down the street. Recently our kids and I have been going up there with a big bin sack on Sunday mornings to pick up all the junk; but the presence of the old sturdy concrete bin would surely be beneficial. Could we please have the old concrete bin reinstated please? Thanks, John.
