Around the perimeter of the roundabout

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Several advertising notices have appeared around the roundabout. They all appear to be for the same Buckingham company. Finmere Parish Council would like to know if these have been authorised or whether they are flyposting. If so, could they please be removed?
