Cars abandoned and parked

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Cars are blocking the road, vehicles are left unmoved and being worked on by someone parked and left in road with further vehicles double, triple parked. This is blocking the road consistantly on a daily basis. Vehicle parts are thrown onto road behind vehicles near the edge of garages.
