Cryers hill near junction of pipers lane

Rainwater is not draining away, it is coming on to the pavement and our drive. The kerb is low and the drains nearby need attention - there are always puddles on the pavement. It happens every time we get rain. Please could someone kindly sort out this ongoing issue.

  • Thank you for your report; the repair has been added to our programme of works.
    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out as we programme the work on a priority basis (in line with our Highway Inspection Policy). This does mean that sometimes planned programme times may need to be changed due to priority based working.
