Hi there,
Thank you for keeping us informed and scheduling the work for the water that collects outside our property. Whilst I appreciate you must be very busy and can’t give a time frame, it does feel like the situation is getting worse unfortunately.
The water seems to never have chance to completely drain away anymore so as soon as it rains it becomes a big problem. The road is still a busy thoroughfare and bus route even though we are a small village.
We are concerned the amount of dirty water spraying up onto our property so regularly is going to cause damage to our fence, especially now the water is collecting at a further distance along our property than it was in November 2020.
I took this video today to show you as further evidence. I have had to add as photos as instructed.
We look forward to hearing from you soon,
Best wishes Katie and Craig Friday
