14 Bicester Road Aylesbury

Reported via desktop in the Road lines / road markings category anonymously at 13:18, Sat 14 November 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Today, 14/11/2020, a gang of men have erected what appears to be a fence made from chipboard around the front garden of no.14 Bicester Road, Aylesbury. The structure (which has been substantially secured to the existing boundary 3 foot brick wall previously surrounding the property) is approximately 8 feet high, fronts the road, sits on the pavement and completely surrounds the front garden. No planning notice has been posted for this structure. The structure is an eyesore and is completely detrimental to the street and neighbourhood. This property has recently changed ownership and now appears to be a HMO. Would you please investigate.
