On the verge by the lay-by
Reported via mobile in the Flytipping (off-road) category anonymously at 23:00, Sun 15 November 2020
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
Several black bin bags have been thrown onto the verge by the lay-by. This has been reported twice in the last 4 months. The grass has grown around the black bin bags. Please remove them before they deteriorate and tear further causing the waste to blow about the area. The lay-by is on the left hand side, just pasted Loxborough Cottage heading down the hill from Bledlow Ridge to West Wycombe. Many thanks and I look forward to seeing this area cleared.
