Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The drain is completely full of silt, water runs down the hill and floods Potters Cross whenever it rains. The other drains blow this one are also silted up, so the problem is getting worse. Please clear them before the cold weather comes and Potters Cross freezes.
