The light between number 28 and 30 isnt ever on at night Ive been at the property since feb 2020 and ive never seen it on. I have to walk up the alley to get to my house as its at the back with 2 children under 5 who have additional needs. My car is parked next to the alley and its extremely dark. Its next to the right hand side garage to number 30. Please can this be looked at 30 challener road

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out as we programme the work on a priority basis (in line with our Highway Inspection Policy). This does mean that sometimes planned programme times may need to be changed due to priority based working.

  • Thank you for reporting this problem, which has been investigated. The repair process has identified that there is a fault with the electricity supply and an order has been issued to the relevant supplier to repair.
