The section of Rowsham Road which is blocked off to traffic by bollards has become slippery and dangerous for walkers, joggers and cyclists, especially when it is wet. This is due to lengthy leaf accumulation both between the two sets of bollards and on the approach to the bollards. I would be grateful if you would arrange for it to be cleared please.
