Broken utility cap

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Reported previously that this cap was dangerous; the update was that it had been reported on to the utility supplier. The cap remains broken and last week a little girl was walking along and fell after her foot became trapped in the hole. Can you chase the supplier and Mark the area as dangerous? Thanks Claire
