Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2402642.
My response to email from Joe Connolly, Area Manager Amersham to this tree issue outside the boundary of 121 Woodside Road. 19/11/20. (40141232). You do not address the substance of this issue but simply rehearse the old 2008 position that I've also already referred to . This was superseded by communications in 2013 and finally in 2014 in which TfB accepted responsibility for this tree. I have copies of the communications and already supplied them via your complaints dept. They told me they were forward to TfB over 2 months ago along with a full explanation of the evidence and history. Have you seen these? You make no reference. Also I have collected further evidence that this tree and those outside 115 and 111 have been maintained by TfB subcontractors over many decades. The subcontractor company confirmed this to Laura Wickham (111). The other two trees were subject to communications by Barbara York and more recently Laura Wickham. Laura two years ago which finally resulted in TfB action on their tree and this tree which was banded a year or so ago. This issue is a formal complaint stage 1 with your complaints department (since 18/11) due to no response from TfB after 2.5 months. Again you make no reference to this. I'm not going to wait another 2.5 months for a response this time. You offer for me to get in touch if I want to discuss further so I'm requesting that you do address all the substantial evidence that should now be before you and respond. If you don't have them then I'll send it all again if need be. If I don't hear by 5th December I will be in touch with your complaints dept again to request this is elevated to stage 2.
