Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

I have a listed building that has rising damp. One on the issues that causes this is a rain down pipe that flows directly to the base of the property. I would like to add a drainage gully across (under) the public pavement, which would flow into the street, to direct the water away from the property. The council Flood management team have asked me to register my request here. Please can you let me know who I need to work with in the council to make this happen.

Thanks, Andrew Baillie Prospect cottage, lower church street, Cuddington. Bucks. Hp180as
