Old Forge Barn HP5 2XB as marked on map

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Your response to my report 40148547 had nothing to do with the issue I had raised since there is no drain or gully involved. The issue is with the way the road was resurfaced following the repair of a burst water main. Before the road was resurfaced rain water flowed along the road and down a footpath adjacent to my house. The resurfacing created a mound that stops the water flowing along the road beyond my property and down a footpath. The water now flows down my drive.

I need to discuss with someone what can be done to resolve the problem. I suspect I cannot dig up the road to create a gully or add a kerb.
