Dangerous roundabout

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2410204.
I'm very lucky not to be sitting in hospital today (or worse!). This roundabout is not fit for purpose. Never in all my years of cycling have I come across a roundabout with an ADVERSE CAMBER! Whoever thought this was a good idea. I would certainly like to know the professional qualification of whoever put this design forward, and whoever signed it off.
An adverse camber on any bend is a HAZARD. Especially in wet or damp conditions, and especially for cyclists. But you must already know this!
My front wheel slipped away from me on a wet surface on the adverse camber roundabout while travelling at around 8mph. I'm sitting here with bruises, swellings, and cuts, I'm lucky not to have broken any bones (or worse). I'm also lucky not to have wrecked an expensive bike. The extent of the damage is clothing - of which I will be putting in a claim for. Meanwhile please provide me with the following information:- 1). The designed this roundabout 2) What are his professional qualifications? 3) Who signed-off on it? 4) What steps will you be taking to remove the hazard (the adverse camber)? 5) Who do I send my Claim in to?
