X4 Traffic Islands on Wood Lane "Pinch Points"

Reported via desktop in the Road lines / road markings category anonymously at 15:08, Sun 29 November 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Wood Lane is a main thoroughfare through Iver Heath. There are 4 Traffic Islands with illuminated bollards on each.. Theses pinch points help slow traffic on this mainly unlit stretch near residential areas. The build up of decomposing vegetation & other road crud around these islands bases is hiding important road markings plus serves as a reservoir of muck which sprays up and hides these illuminated bollards rendering them invisible. This is a safety hazard to road users & pedestrians. Please remove this crud build around all Wood Lane Traffic Islands urgently
