Since the HS2 works have progressed in the last few months , the roads have been discracefully dirty, the drains are not coping with the excess rain because of the devastation . i have been driving this road everyday for 26 years and never seen it so bad. in the last three months i have never seen a road sweeper which i beleive should be operating 24 hours under the circumstances . my car is perfect evidence of this. can you help please
