Large pothole in front of blocked drain

This has been a recurring problem for years. The deteriorated and sunken road surface surrounding the drain, (which is in the direct path of traffic), causes unbearable noise and vibrations especially when struck by HGVs. I reported it again two months ago and apart from a temporary patch, which has since been totally washed away, nothing has yet been resolved. It is affecting my ability to sleep and I fear for the structure of my property. Please address the issue ASAP.
