The pavement has broken up outside the property 9 Daws Lea and is a potential trip hazard for pedestrians

Thank you for your report; the repair has been added to our programme of works.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out as we programme the work on a priority basis (in line with our Highway Inspection Policy). This does mean that sometimes planned programme times may need to be changed due to priority based working.
Please be assured this problem is on our list of works to be carried out. We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of our Highways Inspection Policy which can be accessed via the link below:

This was reported in Dec 2020 and still no action taken and the problem is only getting worse, considering there is a nursing home a few doors away this is a trip hazard.
