Repeated parking on double yellow lines on and around Queens Street

There has been increasing parking on yellow lines around Queens Road, Gladstone Road and the A416 outside of the barbers and pizza shop. It can be very difficult to pass with 4 vehicles lining Queens Street at around 6pm this evening and a tow truck on Gladstone.
