This has happened recently and is caused by delivery vans not wanting to park in the University Postroom yard, but instead drive up the pavement and park illegally to deliver quickly. This corner has a slope/ramp for prams , wheelchairs etc and I have already witnessed a mother and child almost getting mown down by a driver as the pram came round the blind corner. This needs a bollard to prevent them driving up the pavement in the first place
