Junction of Kings Close and Kings Road, Chalfont St Giles
Reported via desktop in the Road surface category anonymously at 14:36, Wed 16 December 2020
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
Following the recent rain and frosts the poorly repaired potholes (up to 150mm deep) and crazed road surface are yet again posing a serious hazard to both motorists and cyclists. It is very easy to skid on this part of the road when wet and the holes fill with water making them difficult to see in the dark. As the school bus uses this road this is potentially extremely dangerous. I would suggest that the road surface be properly repaired since several previous attempts at filling these potholes have all failed as soon as it rains heavily.
