Blocked drain directly outside No. 5 Belgrave Road HP19 9HX - Please can this blocked drain be cleared ASAP. There is a foul sewage smell and this has been an issue for over a year. Pease can the drains be inspected and cleared. Thank you.

Thank you for your report; the repair has been added to our programme of works.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out as we programme the work on a priority basis (in line with our Highway Inspection Policy). This does mean that sometimes planned programme times may need to be changed due to priority based working.

Our records will be used to generate larger planned works and will also enable us to pick up this defect when we are carrying out repairs of a similar nature in the area.
