Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The bottom public alley from back of gandon Vale to bellfield Rd is virtually impassable at the bottom. It is completely swamped and muddy as rain washes soil to bottom. It is like this very time it rains but much worse this year. I had a nasty fall trying to get through as it very slippery. A lot of elderly use this path as it vital to get in to town. It would only take some gravel or hard core to temporarily fix until the alley can be maintained properly re done more adequately
