• Thank you for your report; the repair has been added to our programme of works.
  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out as we programme the work on a priority basis (in line with our Highway Inspection Policy). This does mean that sometimes planned programme times may need to be changed due to priority based working.
  Please be assured this problem is on our list of works to be carried out. We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of our Highways Inspection Policy which can be accessed via the link below:

• Dear Sir / madam the recent flooding has made the road completely flooded and I am unable to walk outside of my gate due to the depth of water. It is now dangerous to exit my drive in the car as traffic is using the middle of the road to avoid deep flooding and therefore this is dangerous to me and any oncoming traffic. Please can the drains be unblocked as soon as possible, thanks D Gould

• You have fixed one of the two drains. The drain that has not been fixed is outside Eastwoods. The drain that you have fixed is outside Pucks Paigles. There is still flooding due to the blocked drain outside Eastwoods. Please can you unblock this drain too. Thank you

• Dear Sirs, you only fixed one of the 2 drains. The drain directly outside Eastwoods in Burtons Lane is still blocked causing significant flooding. Please can you unblock this drain
