Two warning signs one for the upcoming bend and one for horses crossing has been knocked down and needs replacement / refixing urgently.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out as we programme the work on a priority basis (in line with our Highway Inspection Policy). This does mean that sometimes planned programme times may need to be changed due to priority based working.

  • There was a serious RTA this morning 1st March 2021 at around 8am on this bend (the 2 warning signs are still on the ground as they have been for months now) who knows whether there is any contributory negligence here but driver may have been unaware of sharp bend ahead without the warning sign in place.
