Blocked communal domestic sewer
Reported via mobile in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 17:00, Wed 30 December 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2454055.
Blocked communal domestic sewer backing up to manholes at 4 Wentworth Close since 26 Dec. Thames Water informed and attended 30 Dec (job ref 1331WNNR). Unable to clear. Then discovered that that whole estate had 'not been declared to Thames' when built (40 yrs ago) and that Thames do not take responsibility for the assets on the road and it was therefore still a council matter.

The communal sewer is still blocked and about to overflow. Thames's contractors partially resolved the issue in Dec 20, but since then the level has progressively risen about 3ft in the manhole. The downstairs toilet is starting to back up. Please help!
