Existing pot hole on road collecting water due to no drainage, conditions worsening. Water sprayed over pavement on pedestrians, and now freezing and causing significant slip hazard to pedestrians. Busy pedestrian walkway and no alternative pavement for people accessing shop of walking to school. Elderly residents of village frequently walking to village shop at particular risk of falls. People also forced into stepping into road to avoid slip hazard.
