My wife was admitted to hospital on 7 01.21 where she had a total right shoulder replacement, which will incapacitate her for at least 6 weeks. The photos show 1) the exposed corner of the BT access panel on which she tripped and 2) the prompt action by the Council to position road cones at the accident site.
