Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Lamp post was taken down as was bend from being crashed into by a car. only the stump remaining. its very dark at night now. and this lamp post needs addressing and fixing asap please. seems may of been forgotten about? or maybe just a delay either way please can it be fixed.
