Thames Water man hole cover is loose

Reported via desktop in the Road surface category anonymously at 13:34, Thu 7 January 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

This Thames Water manhole cover is in a very dangerous condition and requires fixing immediately. For over two months now it clangs every time something drives over it and when large vehicles drive over it the cover can be seen lifting up. Two days ago part of the cover partly fell into the manhole and at some point it will fall in leaving a large hole in the ground potentially leading to a fatal accident for those on two wheels. The offending cover is opposite The Glebe on the eastbound carriageway.
