Pelican crossing failing to notice that pedestrians have crossed and continues to stop traffic long after pedestrians have disappeared!

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Pelican crossing sensors are not picking up movement of pedestrian resulting in regular stoppage of traffic when pedestrians have already crossed . Sensor is supposed to recognise movement and then cancel stop instruction.
