  • This photograph was taken on Friday 15 January. The manhole has been like this since 15 November. Also, there are no warning signs of the existence of the construction site with the frequent deliveries, obstruction and vehicles entering and leaving the site. Please enforce Road safety requirements warning of the construction works and site entrance.
