Directly outside Ardreigh, Beaconsfield Road

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
Due to a poor road repair the tarmac has sunk outside our property causing it to fill with water when it rains. the water then gets sprayed up and into our drive way. This means our car along with our brickwork is covered in water every time a vehicle passes which has already caused damage to our pillars which in this weather we are having to regularly clean as they had gone black. we also cant walk along the pavement or stand in our drive for fear of being soaked with water which has happened on a few occasions now. this has been reported to Cadent who did the repair but they say this is the local council responsibility. we appreciate Thames water are also starting works in this area on 20th January 2021 but they have said its nothing to do with them and they will reinstate the area like for like. we need the area addressed as we want to install gates but we cant do this until the sunken road has been addressed as they will get ruined. we need to try and address the problem whilst works are going on but fear that they wont be able to resolve. could a request be sent to Thames water as part of the works programme so save time and costs for all. many thanks
