Blocked drain here. Water collects across the road when it rains. This has worsened since the road was resurfaced. Please can this drain be cleared ASAP?

15.02.21 - Reference - 40152138. Further to my conversation today with Debbie Smith, CSA Buckinghamshire Council - please see below my email of 31.01.21 (in reply to your email of 29.01.21) which you do not seem to have received:
31.01.21 Dear Transport for Buckinghamshire,
Thank you for your email and I quite understand the drainage problems resulting from excessive rain fall, however, this is not as I explained when reporting the matter an issue of capacity but of a blocked gully. Although the amount of rain has exacerbated the problem of excess water over the pavement and road outside my house, the cause is that the drainage opening is totally blocked and therefore even in normal weather conditions the rainfall has nowhere to go, other than to eventually evaporate over time. My concern is that the much greater water spread across the road is a hazard as vehicles try to avoid this and cross onto the other side of the carriageway where there is oncoming traffic. I’m afraid, this cannot wait on a visit under the ‘cyclic gully programme’ and for safety reasons needs more urgent attention.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email.
David Stoll.
15.02.21 My call today was to ascertain the current position and to report the road having been dry yesterday is again flooded after just a small amount of rain this morning. This problem and the danger of a road traffic accident will only be resolved when the blocked drain (causing the issue) is cleared. Please make this a priority for the good reasons stated.
Thank you.
David Stoll.
