Grass verge on Piggotts Orchard

Parking of cars and a vans on the grass verge on Piggotts Orchard is causing damage to the grass and pavement and also causes a blind spot for those of driving out of Piggotts End on to Piggotts Orchard. Can additional concrete bollards be installed to prevent this. This issue has been going on for over five years but has been happening more regularly in recent months.
