Waste bin next to Bus Shelter on Henley Road by the junction with Pound Lane also one to the east just past the bus shelter outside Arden House

Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 15:26, Monday 18 January 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

It's good to see that the increased numbers of exercising people, due to the lock-down, are using the bins rather than just dumping their waste, including a lot of coffee cups and dog faeces. However, they need to be emptied, or the effect is the same as if it was just dumped on the ground. Maybe larger bins are required?

Updates

  • Seems that the bin can't handle a week's worth. It was emptied, and now it's overflowing again. Maybe we need two.

  • Ditto. I can't see why the bin lorry that emptied our bin today couldn't empty this one.
