Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Several bags of rubbish dumped by flats 11 A,B,C,D Hill Avenue,HP6 5BD. The problem has been ongoing for several months. The flats at number 11 Hill Avenue are dumping their rubbish on the pavement which is blocking path of pedestrians, wheelchair users and prams. It is also causing littering and a foul smell as foxes are tearing apart the bags and contents. This is also a health hazard. Can you now please raise the issue with the tenants and/or landlord to resolve the ongoing problems that we face as local residents and business owners. It is not a nice sight to see as well as the health and safety hazard it causes.
