Constant stream of waste disposal and grab loader lorries

There has been a constant stream of dumper trucks and grab loader lorries through Flackwell Heath on their way to Babs Park Bourne End, where they appear to dumping their loads. This is a residential area and these lorries are causing noise, vibration and terrible mess on the roads. The property is not a waste disposal site so why are these lorries being allowed to use it as such? The mess and inconvenience of these lorries is totally unacceptable on village roads
