Broken Bollard, Again

Reported via mobile in the Bollards or railings category anonymously at 21:59, Wed 20 January 2021

The bollard has knocked been knocked over again. Replace it again and it'll be knocked over again. Or, raise the curb so it's higher than the road. Would be safer, longer term for pedestrians.
