Repairs around a recent piece of roadwork

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Last week 21/1 a repair team were replacing tarmac around a BT access /manhole - the repair which was done is already disintegrating and tarmac coming away.

  • With all the rain and snow over the past week this has deteriorated with real gaps showing and a hole at the outer edge

  • Of note this was after the first work was completed - I cannot understand why it needed 'fixing' what has happened recently to 'fix' it has made it demonstrably worse

  • This piece of the road surface continues to deteriorate. It is noticeable now from my house the noise made as vehicles bump across the damaged area.

  • The road surface here is deteriorating even more - there is significant road noise every time a vehicle hits the pothole
