Cars Damaged, Abandoned or being worked on

Cars in the area are increasingly a problem, these are being worked on so effectively using the local roads as a commercial service being run from households in services to vehicles. They are on Blackwell Road, Sandage Road to name a few and certainly blocking up parking, footways, and definitely an eyesore and a problem. The vehicles clearly change from time to time but generally left for weeks or months at a time.
