Thames Water came to fix a water meter at this location on 10th Jan and since then there is a massive puddle which is non-stop and splashing all pedestrians who use this walkway. It could be a burst water pipe

  • Thank you for your report; the repair has been added to our programme of works.
    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out as we programme the work on a priority basis (in line with our Highway Inspection Policy). This does mean that sometimes planned programme times may need to be changed due to priority based working.
    Please be assured this problem is on our list of works to be carried out. We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of our Highways Inspection Policy which can be accessed via the link below:

  • The situation is getting worse and worse day by day. Nothing has been done. This is an ongoing problem for 3 years.
