Bench by playground in front of cafe

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Please be aware - a red kite snatched half a pastry from the hand of an 8 year old while she was sitting on the bench trying to eat it. Bird came from behind. Appreciate there are sign about birds in the park, but didn't see one near cafe. If this continues there could be a serious injury.
