Road between the sheilings and droagon farm

Reported via desktop in the Road surface category anonymously at 18:27, Monday 15 February 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The dangerous parking of up to 20 contractors vehicles alongside the building site between the sheilings and dragon farm obstracts most of the road very frequently. The potholes that have been formed since work has been going on have increased and have damaged several of my tyres and I am close to grounding my mini on exit of the lane. my neighbour is unable to use their vehicle because of the ground clearance required to exit the lane. the contractor =s vehicles and lorries and delivery lorries constantly obstruct the entire verge. There is no footpath and the road is used by children and footpath walkers horse riders and cyclist who currently are doing their daily exercise during lockdown. The turning out of the lane onto the bicester road is frequently obstraucted and this morning a biffa lorry was forced to reverse across the main road in order to carry out almost a 3 point turn to access the lane. This is quite simply an accident waiting to happen. please help! I am a front line health worker and NEED to be able to get to work and the obstructions caused by this inconsiderate parking coupled by the major road damage caused by these building works mean that I'll be unable to get to work soon. The photo just doesn't do the poor road surface justice., nor does it adequately show the danger that is happening here on a daily basis. unfortunately my shift time today haas meant i can't get through on the phone
