Boundary Confirmation Request:
Twenty-five years a lanscape gardener aligned our driveway boundary with an inset pedestrian step which he also laid. We soon hope to resurface driveway. possibly using block paving. We believe that our boundary with the road is about 30cm further into road than currently shown. We would like to agree actual postion with you please. Incidentally, the land registry plan appears to be inacurate e.g. it does not show the land we own at the rear of our property on which we have a home office. I am, therefore, not confident that we can rely on it for an accurate front boundary position either. Can you assist us please? Hopefully this should be very straightforward.
Many thanks
John Garry
